On March 25th, Mr. Zhu Minghui,the board chairman, presided over the 6th session of the 4th board meeting. Relevant directors and supervisors were present at the meeting.

At the meeting, 2014 Directors’ Report made by Mr. Zhu was learned and 13 proposals including 2014 General Manager’s Working Report, 2014 Annual Report, 2014 Final Account Report and 2014 Terminal Dividend Allocation Scheme all made by general manager Mr. Wang Yang have been reviewed and approved. The board of directors fully affirmed the great achievement of 2014 and consented the proposed operation objectives of 2015.
