On May 16, 2014, Chongqing Changan Minsheng Tonglit Package Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Tonglit Package Company”) was formally founded. Tonglit package company was a joint venture established by CMA Logistics and Tonglit Logistics Co., Ltd. (Taiwan) (hereinafter referred to as the “Tonglit Logistics”) with a registered capital of 18 million RMB. It is mainly engaged in automobile parts supplying and package service of full vehicles for Changan Ford, Changan Auto and relevant automobile parts suppliers.

The establishment of Tonglit Package Company plays an important role for CMA Logistics in introducing highly advanced packaging technology and experience, building core competence of packaging business and expanding packaging business.
